Best free apps for offline browsing websites
To browse websites sometimes offline, you may need to make a backup of websites to examine html or java codes. Right now we're going to need a few web site copying tools. We have made a list of these applications;

WebCopy is a free web site monitoring program, WebCopy does not include a virtual DOM or any form of JavaScript parsing. If a website makes heavy use of JavaScript to operate, it is unlikely WebCopy will be able to make a true copy if it is unable to discover all of the website due to JavaScript being used to dynamically generate links.

Use WebZIP to download web pages or entire web sites, including images, sounds and other media files to your hard drive, so you can browse them offline. Even the media content in sites to copy in chm as html-help file format is a little bad.
